Privacy Policy

Path & Plate LLC (“Path & Plate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California limited liability company that operates the Path & Plate fitness and nutrition platform. You can reach us at support@pathandplate.com.

We collect the information you provide directly — name, email, phone, demographic data, training experience, weight, height, dietary preferences, medical conditions, injuries, and free-text notes you share with your coach or community feed.

We also collect operational information automatically: device type, IP address, app version, in-app actions (session completions, meal logs, post creation), and crash reports.

• · Generate your personalized workout and meal plan via our coach's decision system.
• · Match you with the coach best aligned to your goals.
• · Process subscription payments through Stripe.
• · Send transactional emails (plan ready, payment receipts, important account notices).
• · Improve the platform with aggregated, de-identified usage data.
• · Respond to your support requests.

The medical conditions and injuries you share are used by your assigned coach to program around — not stored or shared with any third party for any other purpose. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity and the platform is not a substitute for medical advice.

We share information only with: (a) your assigned coach, (b) our infrastructure providers under written confidentiality agreements (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Sentry, PostHog), and (c) when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

As a California resident you have the right to know what information we hold, request deletion, opt out of any sale (we don't sell), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email support@pathandplate.com with the subject “Privacy request” and we'll respond within 45 days per CCPA.

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. After you cancel, we retain it for 90 days in case you reactivate, then permanently delete. You can request immediate deletion at any time from Settings → Edit profile → Request account deletion.

Path & Plate is for users 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We'll notify you in the app and by email at least 30 days before any material change to this policy.
